Booking

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit. Unconfirmed or unguaranteed bookings may be automatically released without prior notice.
Room rates, types, and inclusions are subject to availability and final confirmation at the time of booking.
Special requests such as bed type, room location, or early check-in are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading information is provided. Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods or special events.

Credit Card Payment

For bookings made through the Hotel’s website or secure payment link, a valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The cardholder must be the same as the registered guest unless prior written authorization is provided.
The Hotel may pre-authorize credit cards before arrival to verify validity and available funds. Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Certain promotional or discounted rates may require full prepayment and are strictly non-refundable.

Currency Conversion

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable government tax and service charge unless otherwise stated.
Currency conversions displayed on our website or booking engine are for information purposes only. The Hotel is not responsible for discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations or bank processing fees.
Your bank or credit card provider may apply additional charges for international transactions beyond the Hotel’s control.

Data Protection

The Hotel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Personal data collected during reservations or website use will be processed according to the Hotel’s Privacy Policy.

Fees and Cost

Room rates include 21% government tax and service charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional services such as meals, airport transfers, spa treatments, laundry, or minibar usage will be charged separately.
The Hotel reserves the right to correct any rate errors or typographical mistakes on the website or in marketing materials.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. The Hotel may charge the cost of repair or replacement directly to the guest’s account or credit card on file.

Acceptable Use

Guests and website users agree not to use the Hotel’s systems, website, or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
You may not post or transmit any material containing viruses, unauthorized advertisements, or offensive content.
The Hotel reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates this policy.

In any case, the Hotel’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the booking in question.

The Hotel provides its website, materials, and services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Adi Dharma Hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its website or booking systems.
